When i got home, i started checking my e-mail, and BOOM, the PC almost froze... So, i hit the reboot-button... And it stops in the boot-sequence for a looong time until it tells me i have a Primary slave HDD failure... Oh great! That disk is 60gb ffs, and it stores/stored my documents, 3Dstudio scenes, mp3's, some isos, and almost all installed software...
And I don't have the plenty of $$$ (we're talking almost four digits here) it takes to have a company retrieve/restore the data from the disk
And the warranty just ran out on the disk... =/
And I had planned a backup around christmas! =/
Luckily i have a 6month old backup of my personal documents and scenes... but still miss A LOT!
And now I will have to reformat as well, since windows behaves quite odd after the disk with all my installed software has disappeared...
