This is the "Sacrifice me" [link] picture in the colors from the original sketch by Mira - [link]
Airbrushed in Photoshop. This is one of my favourites =)

Update: On request I have now resubmitted this as a slightly larger print (the largest I could due to the original resolution of the image).
While i was at it, I fixed the hair from dull grey, to a much darker colour.

i think this is fairly erotic..
she looks surprised by what has happened
but she does NOT look afraid or in pain

i love the clean skin, almost porcelain in appearance
i also agree about this one over the colored version
this is much more contrasting, has more impact

the blood looks fine too
i think more texture would make the blood distracting and take away from the picture overall

Whoa... This brings back some bad dreams i've had..

Thats really cool, I see why you daid look at the full image. Those poles are realy well doner. I also like the way the blood looks fake.
