Well, this is a somewhat quickie i threw together, based on this image i suddenly got in my head... the one in my head is like 100 times better, but i guess that'll be hard to submit... 
Used 3ds and retouched it really fast in photoshop...
The blood was made with some great brushes:

the face and where the bars meet the cage floor are all a little blurry though.
the link to the brushes didn't work for me. i got a 404.
the glasses are a nice touch.
it's a very kool idea though and you did a great job for it being 'a quickie'.
